I haven’t been to Sandbox Bakery ever since I left for vacation. Nothing has changed – everything is still good. This time, I tried their blueberry bread pudding. It’s one of the best bread puddings I’ve had. It’s lighter than when I get it at other American bakeries, yet it’s still very moist, and most of the sweetness is from the blueberries rather than extra sugar. I also liked their melonpan (melon bun). Their scone this time, however, seemed drier than usual. It never crumbled like that before. Not enough butter, perhaps?
