I finally got to try the Vietnamese seven courses of beef (bò 7 món). We had it at Saigon Kitchen in San Jose. It was a pain/time-consuming wrapping everything in the beginning, but I eventually got used to it, and by the end of the night, none of us were wrapping anything anymore. Three of us shared two seven courses of beef and one combo platter with seafood and meat. I’d have to say my favorite was their lemongrass beef. Overall, it was a good experience.
