Boba Milk Tea

There’s a new boba milk tea joint in the SGV (yes, another one) and it’s worth a visit if you’re a boba fan. Le Arbre Tea House serves their pearls fresh and warm, so you get a nice mix of cold and warm in your mouth with every sip. Hang out here now before it becomes another over-crowded cafe. It’s kind of hard to find, so just look for Tip Top Sandwiches – it’s at the very back of that plaza.
