In Hong Kong, I might actually be a bigger fan of Hong Kong scrambled eggs than dim sum. Sure, the best dim sum is probably in Hong Kong, but I can find good dim sum in California too, but there’s nowhere else in the world that I can find Hong Kong style scrambled eggs that’s as soft, fluffy and creamy and dreamy. (Well, maybe the UK?) Topped with black truffle, the scrambled eggs at Capital Cafe is one of my favorites. I also like to get the HK milk tea here too, hot or cold. It’s one of the places I visit every time I step foot in Hong Kong, and fortunately, there’s a branch in both the Kowloon side and the Hong Kong side.
