Chicken Karaage

Santa Ramen has been disappointing people since it moved. It’s not bad, and definitely far from it. Good broth, good noodles, but the pork didn’t impress me at all. It’s still one of the better bowls of ramen in the Bay Area. Ramen is their thing, but my favorite is their chicken karaage. The pieces of chicken are all crispy, juicy and meaty. They’re bad-ass! Definitely get a side of that.
