They're inconsistent, though - sometimes the dumplings come out overcooked and popped, but usually they come out right. I might actually even like theirs better because it has more flavor. Bund Shanghai in Chinatown is not bad, but they're tiny. Old Shanghai is okay - the skin is just a bit too thick. I heard Yank Sing's is pretty good too.
