Gialina Pizzeria is the place to go for gourmet, thin crust pizza in the Glen Park area. Well, it’s the only place. We ordered a Margherita because it’s a pizza staple. We asked our waitress to recommend a second one and she recommended the wild nettles w/ Boccalone pancetta, mushrooms, red onions & provolone. We went with that, plus an egg on top. Delicious. I think this was my most favorite thing I ate this week.
