Egg Salad Sandwich

The hot item at Euro Pane Bakery seems to be their egg salad sandwich. It’s an open face sandwich atop a slice of bread, the popular choice being their rosemary currant bread. It sounds typical, but they also added a tomato spread on the bread that helped bring more flavors. It was good, but my favorite item in the shop is their French macarons. They’re large and not too sweet, which is a problem for most macarons. It’s perfect if you like your macarons just slightly chewy.
