For uni and ramen lovers only. That’s me. Fujiyama 55 (富士山55), a chain from Japan, specializes in tsukemen (dipping noodles) with one of their specialties being tsukemen with two types of sea urchin 特濃雙色海膽沾麵. The sea urchin are from Canada and Korea, and along with the bowl are salmon roe, half a soft-boiled egg and four strips of nori. I think it’s pricy for HK standards, but at about US$40, it’s a steal for me as an American.
