I didn’t think I would find a non-Filipino dessert that I’d really like in the Philippines. I tried the green tea anmitsu at Kozui Green Tea in Quezon City and it had just about every Asian ingredients I like in my Asian desserts. Green tea jelly, adzuki beans, taro paste, mochi, and soft serve green tea ice cream. It’s not too sweet and leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste from the green tea.
