One of my all-time favorite restaurants in Hawaii is Imanas Tei Restaurant. It’s always packed but it’s worth the wait. Their fish is very fresh. I loved their salmon sashimi. I also really liked the ebi furai (fried shrimp), with each piece being huge and fried to a crispy while remaining juicy inside, and their hamachi kama (yellowtail collar) was seasoned and grilled perfectly. I highly recommend eating here.
