Jeremy Lin Jersey Pineapple Cake

Last Sunday, after arriving to Taiwan, the mayor of Taipei presented Jeremy Lin with a giant pineapple cake in the shape his new Houston Rockets Jersey with his #7 on it. Fortunately for me, I was surprised with one myself too this week – delivered straight from Taiwan. The most famous Taiwanese-American around plus the most famous pineapple cakes by Chia Te Bakery. This one had pineapples and walnuts inside. Who could ask for a more appropriate and delicious souvenir? Thanks Anne and David!
