Lemon Shaker Pie

The banana cream pie at Mission Pie has always been my favorite, partially because I’m biased for being a fan of banana cream pie, and partially because it really is that good. The smoothness of the cream, the flakiness off the crust, and the right amount of sugar is what keeps me coming back. I also have to admit, though, that I’m a huge fan of their lemon shaker pie, also because I’m a fan of lemon and because it’s really that good. It’s lemony but not too sour, and again, the crust is perfect.
