The last time I visited the Creme Brulee Cart was actually a couple of years ago when it was still pretty new and still in a cart. I wasn’t much of a fan then because their creme brulee was just way too sweet. I guess they’ve been rolling in the dough because now they’ve upgraded to a truck. The sugar level is a lot better now, but the texture was just way off. As creme brulee, it fails, but as a custard with burnt sugar, it’s excellent. On another positive note, the price is still at $4.
