Post-Workout Meal: Tommy’s Joynt

Buffalo Chilli

I usually get the buffalo chilli at Tommy’s Joynt when I’m looking for a quick, cheap, and high protein meal after my workout. Buffalo meat is supposed to contain more protein and less fat than regular cow.

Benefits of buffalo meat:

Not only does it have 70% to 90% less fat compared to beef, on average it has 50% less cholesterol. And on top of that, it is higher in protein, iron and all the omega and amino acids. (Source)
