I kinda feel sorry for Santa Ramen. It kinda went downhill after it’s move a few years ago, but honestly, it’s still good. There’s just a lot more competition nowadays. I found the secret to eating here though: come before closing. I got here at 9pm and didn’t have to wait in line, granted a few items were no longer available, such as particular choices of broth, but I like all their broths anyway. They also ran out of premium pork, but who cares? Their cheap pork is already really good! (Why wasn’t it this good the last time I came?) Without customization, a bowl cost only $8.50, which is pretty good for ramen these days. My food came out in five minutes and I slurped it all down. For the first time ever, I was in an out in twenty minutes. Winning!
