"Eat Your Green" Green Tea Shaved Ice

What I like about the Koreans’ version of shaved ice (patbingsu/팥빙수) is that they usually look way prettier than the Taiwanese version. It’s half food and half art. Snowice is probably the best Korean shaved ice that I’ve had, their ice being a lot finer than other places’. Their servings are huge, too! If you look at the bowl relative to the guy making it, you’d think that what you’re getting is a large, but no, it’s only a small.
