A souffle at Souffles Cafe is the perfect ending to a meal if you’re still craving something sweet yet light. It’s one of the fluffiest things I’ve ever eaten. Don’t let its size fool you – it looks big, but most of it is air. I tried their sesame flavor (that’s so Chinese) and it was good. I’m sure you can’t go wrong with any flavor. It takes about 25 min to make so be patient.
