While I still think that the whole shrimp truck trend is overrated in Hawaii, I did still enjoy Romy’s Kahuku Prawns & Shrimp, Inc., located just a little bit north of Giovanni’s. They serve prawns, nice and fresh, and the prawns come with their heads, so you’re not missing any of the good parts.
